Five easy ways to report:

· Submit your report online now. (This option is currently disabled.) 

· Call 399-8894, ext. 11. Leave a detailed message (your name, student's name, the month you are reporting for, the number of hours spent on instruction, prep, travel, what skill book and lesson number you and your student are currently in, and the goals achieved). 

· Email report@ltrjax.org a detailed message (your name, student's name, the month you are reporting for, the number of hours spent on instruction, prep, travel, what skill book lesson number you and your student are currently in, and the goals achieved).
